COVID-19 Announcement

Dear Castrucci Ford of Alexandria Customers,

 

As a result of the Order mandated by the Governor of Kentucky, I wanted to make you abreast of the changes necessary at our dealership. First and foremost, our Service and Parts Departments were deemed as "Essential Services" and so for that reason, I am pleased to let you know that those departments remain OPEN and look forward to repairing and offering you parts during the very trying time. Unfortunately, the news is not the same for New and Used Car Sales at the dealership. Therefore, we will comply with the Order and those departments will be closed until April 6th.

 

As a reminder we currently offer the following New Services in an effort to accommodate your needs:

 

 - Service Pick-up and Delivery: If you do not wish to come see us in person at the dealership, we will pick up your vehicle from your home, service it, and drop it back off at your home. Our new program will allow you to pay for service work securely through your phone as well. Your vehicle will be sanitized as part of the delivery process. Some exclusions may apply.

 

- Drop-off Lot: If you prefer to simply drop your vehicle off at one of our stores, and pick it up later, we will have designated spots available. In addition, the overnight Key Drop can be utilized any time of the day.

 

- Online service scheduling will remain available on our website for your convenience where you can specify which way you would like us to serve you. Simply visit our website and click on "Schedule Service."

 

Please understand we are following guidance from federal, state and local health agencies as we feel it is our responsibility to help contain the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) as much as possible and to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy.

 

We have also implemented sanitizing of door handles, desks, phones, and other frequently "high touch" areas around our facilities throughout the day. Please stay safe during these times and let us know how we can help with any of your automotive needs. We currently hav Appointments available today for our Service Center.

 

 I greatly appreciate your patience in this unprecedented moment in time. Our Family Business has never faced such difficult challenges but I can assure you we will bounce back from this in short order and will come out stronger than ever, all in an effort to serve you better!
